What are your Rates and does it increase per person?

Our rates From May 1 to September 30 are $2000 CAD per week. An increase of $25/person over four individuals. No pets are allowed, unfortunately. We have family members and recurring guests with extreme allergies; therefore, it is not an option.

October 1 to April 30 have a weekly rate of $1800 CAD with an increase of $25/person over four individuals.

October 1 to April 30 have a daily rate of $285 CAD/night (Minimum 3 night booking) also with an increase of $25/person over four individuals.

We are happy to accept reservations and deposits on a first-come, first-serve basis. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit for your total stay. Your deposit is non-refundable except for extreme coastal storms deemed by officials as unsafe. All reservations are Saturday to Saturday. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 11am. The remainder of your rental fee is due at check-in.

Can I have a bonfire if there is a fire ban if we do it on the beach?

are water activity items provided?

No. Please bring any of your own water activity items, such as kayaks, paddle boards, etc. We do have some life jackets available for additional safety for the not-so-avid swimmers. But would prefer you bring proper safety equipment for your own devices. PLEASE NOTE: The tides can be dangerous, and undertows do exist. please be vigilant and take precautions in the water at all times.
